Local directories are often slow, crowded with ads, and out of date. People looking for a plumber or a place to eat in Murfreesboro shouldn't have to fight that. The listings that do exist are hard to browse on a phone, which is how most people search.
The work
BoroFinder is a full website with a listings backend, not a static page of names. We're building category and location pages that are easy to scan, and a search that works the way people actually look things up: on a phone, in a hurry.
It's also a proving ground for the local-search thinking we bring to client sites. If we can make a directory that's clear and findable, that same care shows up in a service-business website. This one is coming soon.
